1. The working principle and structure features:

GFF type strengthen pneumatic drier, full system for raw materials become finished products is composed by heat exchanger, fan, feeder,first and second level drying tube, cyclone separator,airlock device, dust removal and electrical control cabinet.

When it works, filtered room temperature air directly enter into the first level drying stage through the steam exchanger, and be absorbed bynegative pressure then enter into second level dry stage to fully dry, and humid air is eliminated through the hydrofuge dust remover, the smaller particles are collected by dust remover, and finally separated by cyclone separator and then get finished product materials,discharged by the airlock device, on the one hand,unloading smoothly,meanwhile, to prevent air leakage.

GFF type strengthen pneumatic drier has the biggest characteristic is small space floor, installation is high,bottom,low, especially suitable for materials which the moisture's demand is high (final moisture can be up to 0.5%), the ordinary dryer can't compare with,it is the ideal drying equipment. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for pesticides (f thiram),structure glue accelorator(TMTD) drying,it is the best and professional dryer for above materials.

GFF type strengthen pneumatic drier's second feature is the air flow which has been through the heat exchanger is controled by a  adjusting distributing valve device.this way can adjust the wind volumn according to the requirement of the finished products.

The drying machine's feeder with adjustable speed, and can be used in different moisture content materials and different dry charging requirements, with wide adaptability.

In addition, drying machine can be not only controled by electrical device, but also can show the air's out and in and the middle second level drying stage's temperature, so as to convinient for customers to regulate.

GFF type strengthen pneumatic drier develops from the basis of straight pipe pneumatic drier;it is composed with the theories of  rotating expansion dryer and straight pipe pneumatic drier,it is a new type pneumatic drier.

GFF type strengthen pneumatic drier, it's bottom has a device for scattering materials, to break the filter cake material, increases the heat transfer area of the hot air and material, strengthen the drying process.
